Shipping Information

U.S. Orders

At West Path, we know that you want a simple, cheap shipping solution. Therefore, we offer the following for U.S. Customers (excluding Alaska, which is calculated shipping):

  • Free Shipping on all US orders
  • Expedited Shipping available based on weight and delivery time

Shipping Time

Please allow a couple business days processing time before order is shipped (although we try our best to ship out orders the same day if placed before 12:00pm).

  • Ground: 3-8 business day transit time
  • Expedited: 2-4 business day transit time
  • Overnight: 1 day transit time, only available during holidays or by special request. Please email us customerservice@westpath.com

Example: An order placed Monday with ground shipping will generally ship out Tuesday or Wednesday and arrive 3-7 days from then. An order placed Friday night will generally be shipped out Monday morning, or Tuesday during peak season.

Local Pickup

Use code "LOCAL" to pick up orders at our Carlsbad, California location. Orders must be picked up within two weeks of order. Please pick up at:

Pickup hours are Mon-Fri 10am - 4pm Please email to confirm pick up time. 

Wrong addresses:

Please ensure you have entered the correct address upon checkout. Once an item is delivered to a shipping carrier, (typically within 1 business day of an order), we have no abilities to change the shipping address. If you contact us before the item is sent to the carrier, we can update your address.

If an item is deemed undeliverable due to wrong or insufficient address, we cannot refund you your initial shipping amount. If the item is sent back to us, we will issue you a refund for the products (less any return shipping we are charged, if applicable). If the package is not returned to us, (i.e. if you sent it to an old address where it was actually delivered and the current resident accepted it) we will not be able to issue a refund. 

International Orders

Yes: We do indeed ship international! We use a variety of carriers and shipping services to deliver.  

Transit time: Most shipping services will say expected transit time. For standard international shipping, transit time to most regions is approximately 2 weeks (1 week for industrialized and urban areas, 3 weeks if you live in a more rural area or country).

Returns/Exchanges: **Please note: we do not accept returns for international orders***

Duties / Customs: Please note, depending on your country, city, or state government, there may be duties or taxes due upon delivery for international orders. These duties/taxes/fees may also vary based on the item being ordered. Due to the complexity of international trade, and the fact that these are created and levied by your local officials, we have no insight or information into the potential cost of any duties or fees that will be due upon delivery. For some countries our customers have reported nothing due upon delivery, others have reported fees as high as $50. Again, these vary by region and the product you are receiving, we recommend checking with your local government to understand any potential duties or fees.
