Refunds & Exchanges

All items must be new/unused (tags on), free of any scent, stains, or markings.  Please don't send back used or washed items. - if we can't resell it, we can't credit you for the return.

For US orders

-For Clothing:

we offer 30 day free returns and pay return shipping on all clothing. (Must be new/unworn with tags still on).

-For all other products excluding Blankets & Amethyst Rocks: 

If you want to swap something out, we offer free exchanges or returns for store credit and we pay return shipping.  

If you're just not vibing the goods, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for full refunds, customer pays return shipping. We can provide shipping labels if needed.

Defective product? We'll cover it! Don't worry, just reach out to us and we'll make sure your stoke gets back up to a high level.

For Blankets & Amethyst Cathedral Rocks: 

Blankets are a bulky item to ship. The average cost of shipping one blanket one way is $10.28. If you would like to exchange your blanket, we will cover all but $5 of your return shipping cost (we will deduct $5 from your exchange per blanket to help offset return shipping costs). For returns of blankets, the customer pays return shipping.

Amethyst Cathedral rocks cost quite a bit to ship ($50-$300). Due to this, the customer must pay return shipping for any return or exchange on Amethyst Cathedrals. Please note that these rocks are fragile, we highly recommend shipping insurance, as we cannot give credit for any rock that is damaged in transit back to us.

Wrong addresses:

For US orders: Please ensure you have entered the correct address upon checkout. Once an item is delivered to a shipping carrier, (typically within 1 business day of an order), we have no abilities to change the shipping address. If you contact us before the item is sent to the carrier, we can update your address.

If an item is deemed undeliverable due to wrong or insufficient address, we cannot refund you your initial shipping amount. If the item is sent back to us, we will issue you a refund for the products less any return shipping we are charged, if applicable.  If the package is not returned to us, (i.e. if you sent it to an old address where it was actually delivered and the current resident accepted it) we will not be able to issue a refund. 

 

For International Orders:

Due to insane international shipping costs, returns or exchanges on international orders are not allowed. All sales are final on international orders. Please enter your phone number during checkout for international orders in case there is an issue with delivery, address, or customs.
