For US orders:
If you want to swap something out, we offer free exchanges or returns for store credit and we pay return shipping.
If you're just not vibing the goods, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for full refunds, customer pays return shipping. If you need a return shipping label, just shoot us an email at Dustin@westpath.com
For US orders: Please ensure you have entered the correct address upon checkout. Once an item is delivered to a shipping carrier, (typically within 1 business day of an order), we have no abilities to change the shipping address. If you contact us before the item is sent to the carrier, we can update your address.
If an item is deemed undeliverable due to wrong or insufficient address, we cannot refund you your initial shipping amount. If the item is sent back to us, we will issue you a refund for the products less any return shipping we are charged, if applicable. If the package is not returned to us, (i.e. if you sent it to an old address where it was actually delivered and the current resident accepted it) we will not be able to issue a refund.
For International Orders:
Due to insane international shipping costs, returns or exchanges on international orders are not allowed. All sales are final on international orders.
