For US orders:
We offer a generous refund and return policy (items must be new / unused):
If the item is not to your liking, we offer free exchanges and we pay return shipping on exchanges for all products except blankets.
For exchanging blankets, we do cover the vast majority of the return shipping costs. We assess an exchange fee of $5 per blanket —only a fraction of the return shipping costs — due to the bulky nature and costly shipping of these items.
If any item is deemed defective within 10 days of purchase, we refund the purchase price with no return necessary!
If you're just not vibing our products and you’re looking for a refund: we do accept returns of any new / unused products for ANY reason within 30 days of purchase for FULL refunds (Buyer pays return shipping).
If you're worried you won't like something and this return policy just isn't jiving with you, just send us an email, we'll work with you to see if we can offer an even more lenient return policy.
Honestly, we just want you to be stoked, so if you're not happy, we'll do something to make sure your stoke factor gets back up to a high level.
Please note: Shipping costs paid to receive the order are not refunded. Chain exchanges is not allowed (chain exchanges is ordering an item and exchanging it more than twice....i.e. exchanging it for something else, then exchanging that back for something else, then exchanging that back for something else).

For US orders: Please ensure you have entered the correct address upon checkout. Once an item is delivered to a shipping carrier, (typically within 1 business day of an order), we have no abilities to change the shipping address. If you contact us before the item is sent to the carrier, we can update your address.
If an item is deemed undeliverable due to wrong or insufficient address, we cannot refund you your initial shipping amount. If the item is sent back to us, we will issue you a refund for the products less any return shipping we are charged, if applicable. If the package is not returned to us, (i.e. if you sent it to an old address where it was actually delivered and the current resident accepted it) we will not be able to issue a refund.
For international orders: please note: we cannot issue refunds or returns for any reason on international orders--once an item is sent to the shipping carrier, we cannot change the address.
